Over 30 years of manufacturing stainless steel fasteners,industry experience and construction of state-of-the-art facility. We can offer the most common stainless steel fasteners or specially designed fasteners to exceed our Customer's expectations,as our vendors are the best name brands in the industry. Tengri fasteners group employs more than 3000 employees and consists of one lab and software center,3 wholly owned subsidiary of Factory and 5 warehouse stocking locations. Our extensive product line and our fast and friendly sales representatives are able to satisfy our Customer demands.

Our History

  

    Over 30 years of manufacturing Stainless Steel Fasteners industry experience and construction of state-of-the-art facility,we began selling stainless steel fasteners and its related products nationally and worldwide in 1994. Since then we have gained the experience,knowledge and inventory to become a one-stop shop for your fastener needs. Most of the sales encompass the greater China and EMEA and Southeast Asia.  

 

1982–Tengri Fasteners Corporation established with 20 employees.

1992–Tengri Fasteners Corporation completed its 10 years OEM services

1994–Tengri Fasteners Corporation changed its name and became Tengri Group Corporation and began selling worldwide

1998–Tengri Group merged Wuxi standard Hardware Factory.

1999–Tengri Group acquired Shengtai Hardware Factory and Linge Rivet Factory

2000–Start to introduce lean-production methods to combine the flexibility and quality of craftsmanship with low costs of mass of production.

2002–Our 20th Anniversary Celebration took place in Shanghai and the strategy 2.0 established based on 1.0

2006–Gradually build up the warehouse in-stock locations of the strategy 2.5

2007–A stimate Logistic system and SAP management&tracking mode.

2007–Our 30th Anniversary Celebration took place in Shanghai and the strategy 2.0 established based on 2.0

2008–Gradually build up the warehouse in-stock worldwide of the strategy 3.0

2016–Aestimate APAC office in HK and Dubai.

As we know,"Quality" is the fundamental for the success of a company. So that our rigorous material testing which has earned us our quality system registrations including ISO9001: 2016 and ISO9001:-ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009. Our quality control policies are also recognized by our Customers since in every phase of production we utilize in-process controls and conduct mechanical and dimensional audits to continuously monitor our quality. Our professional consultants provide supervision and suggestions for quality and system improvement along,as well as provide support and training for our employees. We can assure you that every measure is taken to ensure the goods we supply are to the highest level of quality.Meanwhile,this attention to detail with respect to the environment has also earned our plant ANSI/ISO 14001:2004 registration of our Environment

People

Each and every employee in Tengri Fasteners is working together like family. All the employees are dedicated and skillful. We also give them the needed facilities and there are many senior employees who are working in the company from beginning. Training & Development

On-line training platform and freely training programs are available to staff as a means to assist in process of attaining university qualifications that will enhance their ability to advance through the business.

Two cycles performance appraisal process twice a year which provides an opportunity for all staff to discuss career goals with their managers. Especially for branch staff,regular product knowledge training from both internal and external providers is also undertaken.

Our Manufactory

 　We take pride in offering fasteners and related products which have been manufactured to industry recognised standards including British Standard (BS), European Standard (DIN), International Standards (ISO) and Japanese Standard (JIS). We are able to manufacture to customer drawings which may require specifications of a finer tolerance than those found in these standards. Items made to order (MTO) are subject to as much as 10% factory overrun, which will be passed to the customer.
